Resolution Busters - Number One
Are you being realistic with your time. Having new resolutions is great, indeed setting goals is imperative to progressing your success, but if you have no extra time or resources to achieve those resolutions, you are setting yourself up to fail.
If your big goal is to 'get fit' say, and you break this down into requiring half hour walking, jogging, or yoga sessions, then to meet this you need to be able to find 30 minutes from your day. Other 'priorities' in your already full day need to give up 5 or 10 or 15 minutes so you can make up that 30 minutes for your new exercise routine.
You may be able to get this by waking earlier, or watching less television. Perhaps you can watch the TV whilst on your rowing machine, or even video favourite programmes so you can watch them rather than what happens to be on when you want to exercise.
However you do it, your goals need to take into account your existing commitments and you need to balance your time accordingly.

If you can fill the unforgiving minute With sixty seconds' worth of distance run
