This is the last full week of January, and it is reported that today is the most depressing day in the year. On top of the normal Monday 'back to work blues', are piled the credit card bills from Christmas overspending that are hitting letterboxes about now and failed New Years resolutions.
Of course I hope you are not suffering from any of these afflictions. If you are, Monday is the perfect day, at the start of a new week, to re-affirm your goals for the coming year.
Work out what you can do this week to progress just one of those goals and get to it! A little step in the right direction each day, will produce real results after a week, a month and a year!
